Born in 1962, graduated in Geography from Lisbon University in 1985, graduated also from Catholic University of Lisbon in 1990, and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar since 1992. Master’s in Law and Politics from Catholic University in Lisbon in 1995. Assistant lecturer at Catholic University in Lisbon from 1990 to 2002, lecturing Constitutional and Administrative Law, Political Science and introduction to Public Law, General Theory of the State. Attended post-graduate course in Administrative and Tax Litigation. She has been practicing in A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice e Associados, since 1992 of which was made partner in 2000. Member of APA – Associação Portuguesa de Arbitragem, also being a member of the World Service Group, as well of the organizer committee of REAJA – Reunião Annual da Justiça Administrativa. Author of several juridical works and publications.
