The partner Jorge de Abreu, Chairman of the PCC UK presided to the annual dinner of the Chamber which took place on October 9 last, at the Travellers Club in London, where His Excellency Doctor José Manuel Durão Barroso was the guest speaker, having been Under Secretary of State, Secretary of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Prime Minister of Portuguese Governments, President of the Commission of the European Union and presently President of Goldman Sachs International, resident in London.

Doctor Durão Barroso spoke about the Future of the European Union and took questions from guests answering in broadly and in detail to all.
