Born in 1968, graduated from Lisbon University in 1991, and post – graduation at Management and Tax Law by “Financial and Tax Institute” in 1997.  From 1991 to 1993  lectured Tax Law at the Lisbon University. Between 1994 and 2005 was tax adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  From 2006 to May 2008 worked as associate lawyer at Ferreira Pinto & Associados, and subsequently at Sérvulo & Associados.  In June 2008, joined Abreu & Marques.
