On May 26, 2015, at 17:30, at the Auditorium of the Law School of Porto, Prof. Luís Cabral Moncada will give a conference on the subject of “The Powers of Supervision of the Bank of Portugal – the BES case as a reference”. The conference will be presided by Drª Elina Fraga, the Portuguese Bar Association President, who will enter the closing comments. The content of the conference of Prof. Cabral Moncada shall be edited in book form by Abreu & Marques, available for acquisition as of the date of conference.
