On December 2 last the new book of Professor Luís Cabral de Moncada concerning “The Code of Administrative Procedure – a Comment” published by Coimbra Editora,  was launched in a session in the Bar Association, presided by the Chairman of the Bar. The new Code approved by Decree-Law nr. 4/2015 of January 7 revises the former Code and contains 201 articles and the book with over 700 pages describes the evolution of Administrative Procedure covering all former legislation
