Born in 1964, graduated from Lisbon University in 1987. Post-graduated at Human Resources by ISCTE - Business School in 2005. Mini-MBA, ISCTE - Business School in 2006. Between 1990 and 1996 was consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (Tax & Legal Department). After her return from Spain, between 1998 and 2000 was adviser to the Portuguese Association of Architects. From 2000 to 2002 worked as lawyer at J. Henriques da Silva e Associados.

In January 2002 has joined uCall - Contact Center, a company of the Group ONI, in which was the head of the Human Resources Department until October 2006. After a new return from abroad, in 2016, worked as the head of the Human Resources and Operations of the Startup Informática MyNurse, Lda. From May 2018 to January 2021 worked as lawyer at Isabel Seuanes & Associados.
