Early December two books will be published on-line and in print with chapters by Abreu & Marques covering in both the issues under Portuguese law.

One, written jointly by the partner Jorge de Abreu and by the senior associate Cidália Conceição, is the "Global Guide on Trusts" published by Academy and Finance, Geneva, and covers the legal regime of trusts in several jurisdictions namely in relation to taxes.

The other also written jointly by the partner Jorge de Abreu and by the associate Tania Nóbrega Caldeira, regards real estate also in several jurisdictions under the title "Getting the Deal Through - Real Estate 2017" by the publisher of such GTDT Guides.
